Above image, click for a closer look: Not a day goes by that my mind isn’t churning thoughts about the photograph and photography. Here, a photograph of a Polaroid, tucked into my copy of Camera Lucida.
Stopping alongside the road to snap a shot of Los Angeles band Dead Angle, as we head towards San Francisco. Shooting with my Polaroid ProPack instant camera for the first time since art school, seven years ago. Storing the Polaroids in my copy of Roland Barthes’ Camera Lucida, a book I also haven’t touched since art school.
